Role of Auntie Peach Wellness

Auntie Peach Wellness is not a medical practice and does not independently diagnose, prescribe, dispense medication, or provide medical care. Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians. Prescriptions are issued only when a clinician determines they are clinically appropriate.

No Guaranteed Treatment

Completing an intake, submitting information, or making a request does not guarantee eligibility, treatment, approval, or a prescription.

Secure Client Portal and Separate Terms

Separate secure clinical-platform, clinician, pharmacy, third-party payment-processing, and fulfillment terms and privacy notices may apply when a visitor enters the secure client portal or requests services. Those parties are responsible for the services they separately provide.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, infringe another person’s rights, introduce harmful code, or use the website for illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, design, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Auntie Peach Wellness and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
