Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Overview

This Policy explains general shipping and fulfillment practices for prescribed products coordinated through Auntie Peach Wellness. This is a business-policy draft for owner and legal review.

Who Ships Prescribed Products

Prescribed products are prepared and shipped directly by pharmacy and fulfillment partners. Auntie Peach Wellness does not independently dispense or ship prescription medication.

When Shipping Begins

Shipping begins only after all applicable clinical-review, prescription, payment, and fulfillment requirements are completed. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription or shipment.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of clinical review, prescription processing, product availability, weather, carrier conditions, address problems, security review, or other circumstances outside the parties’ reasonable control.

Delivery Address and Communications

Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring portal, email, carrier, and other delivery communications. Address corrections may not be possible after an order enters fulfillment.

Shipment Problems

Use the client portal to report a missing, delayed, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or temperature-affected shipment. Include the requested order details and photographs when available.

Questionable Shipments

Do not use or discard a questionable shipment until instructions are provided through the client portal. Keep the shipment and packaging available for review unless immediate safety considerations require otherwise.

Replacements and Reimbursement

Replacement, reimbursement, delivery dates, refrigeration stability, and reshipment are not promised by this website. Any available resolution must be separately confirmed through the client portal after review by the applicable pharmacy, fulfillment, carrier, payment, or clinical service provider.
