IMPORTANT TIRZEPATIDE WARNING

FDA-approved tirzepatide labeling includes a boxed warning because tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rats. It is unknown whether tirzepatide causes thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma, in humans.

Do not use tirzepatide if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Tell your clinician promptly if you develop a neck lump or swelling, persistent hoarseness, difficulty swallowing or shortness of breath.

BEFORE TREATMENT
